2025年、四半世紀を迎えたMIDI_saiは、国内外のアンダーグラウンド・クラブミュージックシーンにおけるユニークな存在として、その25周年シリーズを通して多くの再会と新しい瞬間を生み出してきた。 その最終企画となる本イベント 「MIDI_sai 25 Years close-up!」 では、オーガナイザー KA4U がフロア中央に設置されたブースから 8時間のロングセットを披露し、シリーズを締めくくる。  「フロア中央のDJブース」は、DJと観客が同じ円環の中で音を共有する特有の一体感を生み出すレイアウトだ。今回のCLOSE-UPでは、その構造を最大限に活かし、DJとフロアが360度で向き合う、より密度の高いパフォーマンス体験へと昇華させる。  空間演出を担うのは、MIDI_saiの表現面を支えてきた映像作家 catchpulse。 フロアを包み込むように展開される立体的で没入的なビジュアルは、ロングセットの緩急や展開に呼応しながら、音と映像の境界を曖昧にする。アートワークは長年本イベントの世界観を築き続けてきた GUL が担当し、25周年シリーズに通底するヴィジュアルテーマをCLOSE-UPのコンセプトと重ね合わせる。  8時間を通して提示されるのは、ブレイクコアを起点にしながらも絶えず変化と拡張を続けてきた MIDI_sai及びKA4U自身の25年の軌跡であり、同時に「現在進行形のフロア」である。過去と現在が交わるその瞬間に立ち会うことこそ、この最終公演の核心だ。  MIDI_sai 25周年シリーズのラストナイト。 すべての時間が交差する一晩を、club Daphniaのフロアで迎えてほしい。

  In 2025, MIDI_sai marks a full quarter century. Throughout its anniversary series, the event has reaffirmed its place as a uniquely influential presence within both the Japanese and international underground club music scenes—creating countless reunions, new encounters, and unforgettable moments along the way.  The final program of this series, “MIDI_sai 25 Years close-up!”, features organizer KA4U delivering an 8-hour long set from a DJ booth positioned at the very center of the floor, bringing the anniversary cycle to a close.  The signature “DJ booth in the middle of the floor” layout is one that dissolves distance, placing the DJ and the crowd within the same circular space and generating an unmistakable sense of unity. For this CLOSE-UP edition, that structure is pushed to its fullest potential, elevating the experience into an even more concentrated, 360-degree performance environment.  Visual direction will be handled by catchpulse, the visual artist who has long shaped the expressive dimension of MIDI_sai. Their immersive, spatially expansive projections envelop the floor, shifting and responding to the dynamics of the long set, blurring the boundaries between sound and image. Artwork is provided by GUL, whose visual identity has become synonymous with MIDI_sai over the years, aligning the anniversary theme with the concept of CLOSE-UP.  Across the eight hours, what unfolds is both the 25-year trajectory of MIDI_sai and KA4U—rooted in breakcore yet constantly evolving—and the living, breathing presence of the here-and-now floor. The essence of this final performance lies in witnessing the moment where past and present intersect in real time.  The last night of the MIDI_sai 25th anniversary series. A night where every timeline converges—on the floor of club Daphnia.
